Meredith Hackett (Director, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor® Dreamcoat/Berdine, Psycho Beach Party)

Meredith is no stranger to the magic of Piper…both on stage and off. She has appeared on Piper’s main stage as Elizabeth in Frankenstein and is thrilled to be a part of Psycho Beach Party! As one of Piper’s Educational Directors, she has adapted and directed many plays and musicals including James and the Giant Peach, Hair, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest and is excited to be back this summer with Joseph! She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Emerson College in Boston and has had the pleasure of performing in and around New York City since 2001. Favorite credits include: Donnalyn in A Creed for Those Who Have Suffered, Emily in Our Town, Mason Dixie in State of Undress, Miranda in The Tempest and being a part of an ensemble cast for Jose Rivera’s NYC premiere of Sonnets for an Old Century. Meredith is forever thankful for her family, friends and cat as well as the Dead Petal crew.
