VASILE FLUTUR is a Romanian-born actor currently based in NYC. He recently graduated from the MFA Acting Program at Brooklyn College. He has worked extensively with Piper Theatre Productions, as the leading actor in many fruitful collaborations, including Nocturnes, The Island of Dr. Moreau, Frankenstein, and Splitfoot. As part of the Piper’s Shakespeare intensive program, Vasile has directed Twelfth Night, Hamlet, and Pericles. He has just made his Off-Broadway debut in Tamburlaine, at Theater for a New Audience, directed by Sir Michael Boyd, and starring John Douglas Thompson.
