Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson

Piper is excited to announce that Nigel Williams (dir. Nocturnes) is joining us again this summer to direct the raucous musical Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, which opens our summer main stage season.

An exhilarating rock-n-roll look at one of our nation’s first populist idols: seventh president Andrew Jackson.  The musical recreates and reinvents the life of “Old Hickory” from his humble beginnings on the Tennessee frontier to his days as Commander-in-Chief.  Parental guidance advised for language and adult imagery.
