Piper Theatre Summer Youth Performances 2015

July 22 -24 Outdoors and free at the Old Stone House & Washington Park, 5th Avenue between 4 & 5 Streets, Park Slope, Brooklyn

We invite you to bring your folding chairs and blankets. Children will be asked to sit in front. Soft drinks, beer, wine and snacks available for purchase. No glass containers or dogs please.

*The Music Man will be performed outdoors Saturday night if weather permits

Starlings Theatre Workshops

Performances take place indoors at the Old Stone House

Session 1 – July 10

  • A Comedy of Errors – 10 am
  • Folk Tales from India – 12.30 pm
  • A Midsummer Night’s Dream – 2 pm

Session 2 – July 24

  • Taming of the Shrew – 10 am
  • Twelfth Night – 12.30 pm
  • Wild Things + Puppetry – 2 pm

 

 Starlings Puppetry Workshops

Performances for the first three weeks take place in MS 51 Room 118 at 11.30 am.

* Showings of Week 2’s short film, Avazilla: Monster Attack!…Or Is It?, will precede Piper Film, 7/23 at 8:30 pm (OSH) and 7/25 at 4:30 pm (MS 51 auditorium)
