Spotlight Series
Piper’s Spotlight Series commissions playwrights to develop their work with a director, a cast, and a line producer. The culmination of this workshop is a staged reading, performed in front of a live audience. Performances are FREE! Programming for Piper’s Spotlight Series is made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature. Our Spotlight Series is also honored to have been the recipient of a 2019 Park Slope Civic Council Grant. “The Park Slope Civic Council awards community grants each year, funded by the Civic Council’s annual House Tour. The Council is delighted to support our local organizations, as they reflect the variety of active, creative groups in Park Slope and contribute greatly to our community’s diversity and vitality.” |
