PIPER WENT TO MALTA!

In February Piper’s Obligo team performed an original production of Mother Sauvage by Guy de Maupassant at the University of Malta. The company conducted four workshops at the University on Grotowski’s physical theatre principals and the work of Cecily O’Neill and Process Drama.
ROMANIA RECAP:
In August 2022, we toured our production of The Lincoln Dress to Romania. We performed to enthusiastic audiences at Un Teatru in Bucharest and Teatrul Municipal Matei Vișniec in Suceava and made many international friends. We added an original score by Rob Parker and further choreography by Julie Gibson. The audiences responded enthusiastically to the tale of the ghosts of Lincoln and Booth haunting the broken thieves in 1930s Albany. Even with subtitles, the play connected deeply and was met with standing ovations.
